- Deep red in colour, with delicate minty notes, white pepper, tobacco, graphite and red fruit. On the palate it shows silky, polished tannins, medium acidity and great persistence.

- The ideal partner for fillet steak with red wine reduction, herb-crusted rack of lamb, slow-braised beef rib cap and mature cheeses.
